This form may be used for the sale of business equipment, machinery, specifications, domain name; supplies, data and records used in connection with the business, including customer lists, books and records; technical and repair manuals; licenses, processes, designs, formulas, computer programs, computer software packages, etc.
The Bill of Sale of Business Assets (Equipment) contains the following:
- Names of the seller and buyer;
- Purchase price;
- Terms of payment;
- Insurance clause;
- Date of closing;
- Provision "not to compete";
- Exhibit A (list of assets details) attached;
- Signatures of parties;
- Notary acknowledgment.
