Boat, Vessel and Watercraft Bill of Sale (AS IS)

This Bill of Sale is used for the transfer of a boat, vessel, yacht, jet ski or other watercraft.
The Watercraft Bill of Sale contains the following:
  • Names and addresses of the seller and buyer;
  • Purchase price;
  • Description of the watercraft to be sold (make, year, model, length, color, equipment, registration number, other);
  • Location of watercraft;
  • "AS IS" condition of the watercraft;
  • Signatures of the parties;
  • Notary acknowledgment.
Also, the seller warrants that he/she is the lawful owner of the boat and has the right to sell it.
