You need to complete the Deed of Realty to Living Trust if you want to transfer a piece of real estate to the Living Trust.
Check with your County recording agency to satisfy their requirements for transferring real estate to the Living Trust.
Please note that it is absolutely necessary to notarize each Deed of Realty to you Living Trust.
Finally, be informed that if the property is being bought under a Real Estate Contract, also known as, an Agreement
for Sale of Real Estate or a Real Estate Land Contract, then the Deed of Realty to Living Trust is not the proper instrument to complete the transfer.
