Living Trust Package Specification

 
 

The Revocable Living Trust package includes all necessary documents that you need to successfully create your own Revocable Living Trust.

The Revocable Living Trust package contains the following documents:

  • The Living Trust Agreement itself;
  • Schedule of Assets (Appendix A) to Living Trust;
  • Schedule of Beneficiaries (Appendix B) to Living Trust;
  • Deed of Realty Transfer to Living Trust;
  • Financial Account Transfer to Living Trust;
  • Securities Transfer to Living Trust;
  • Business Interest Transfer to Living Trust;
  • Chattel Transfer to Living Trust;
  • Amendment to Living Trust;
  • Affidavit of Succession.

As you may already know, a Grantor (Trustor) under a Revocable Living Trust conditions has the right to change or revoke his Trust Agreement at any time. For your convenience we provide you with a Living Trust Revocation form separately.

A few States (Alaska, Florida, Michigan and Washington) have a requirement to establish a Notice of Trust. However, state laws are subject to change frequently, so you should call the probate court and simply ask if a Notice of Trust is required. For your convenience we provide you with a Notice of Trust form separately.
