As you may already know, a Grantor (Trustor) under a Revocable Living Trust conditions has the right to change or revoke his
Trust Agreement at any time. For your convenience we provide you with a Living Trust Revocation form separately.
A few States (Alaska, Florida, Michigan and Washington) have a requirement to establish a Notice of Trust. However,
state laws are subject to change frequently, so you should call the probate court and simply ask if a Notice of Trust is
required. For your convenience we provide you with a Notice of Trust form separately.
